The page is devided into 3 area's header, text area and footer, where the header and footer are optional.

Header/footer 

On the left there are two green/red lights. When the light is green the corresponding header or footer will be printed.

For the header and footer it is possible to define the following:

• distance header/footer to page border (top/bottom margin)
• the "height" of the heade/footer
• distance between the heade/footer and the text area.
• the style of the boder around the header/footer
• the background gray scale
• the line width of the border around the header/footer
• the text in the header and footer.

There are a few special charater strings that can be used in the header and footer, there strings will be replaced with the correct value. The following strings are available:

• %d      current date
• %t      current time
• %a      auditor (the loginname of the current user)
• %u      the name of the user who's mail is printed
• %m     mailID the  unique number of the mail in groupwise
• %p      pagenumber, the current pagenumer of the print job.
• %r       right align, all text after this %r will be right aligned. (mostly used in combination with %p)

For all three area's it is possible to set the fonttype (only true type fonts!) and the left and right margin.

For the beta version there will always a grey "demo version" on the page!
