MassUser import from CSV? - 2009/10/29 17:16 I'm using MassUser 3.0.1

I'm trying to import directory quotas for home directories from a .CSV that I exported from Mass User

But the option is grayed out to select "from CSV".

Also, I've been trying to get an update for my version of Mass User for several years now, but never get an answer from Hans. Even sent two international faxes and no response either.

We're a state agency in the US and we need a price quote in order order to buy things (we can't just screenshot a web page with Euro pricing and whatnot).

Re:MassUser import from CSV? - 2009/10/29 19:26 Well I figured out how to select the file (the docs on the website say "to do" still)

However, it says: Not a valid file structure header

Quite ironic considering I used MassUser to EXPORT the home directory quotas to that .CSV file and now it can't read it's own file?

Seems a bit odd, IMO.

Re:MassUser import from CSV? - 2009/10/29 20:22 After some playing around I'm convinced the Mass User version I Have is either buggy or the import/export just doesn't work.

If you export a CFL file then the import will "see" the file (although it says it's doing a CSV file which it's not. It only lets you pick a .CFL file)

But then, it says that the CFL file is missing some data:

Skipped: UserSpace column does not contain a number

Um, there's no UserSpace column when you export from MassUser, so why is it expecting a column with that name for an import?
