Hi,
Sorry for the delay, had to fix my second (virtual) tree server.
Haven't found a problem here, did you check all the boxes in front of the trees you want to backup? (you probably did).
If you did check all the boxes, and there is still no backup, can you start the service control program from the windows control panel. (NDSBackup Service)
Can you see an error in the log-file (second tab)?
Please can you do the following steps:
-Clear log-file.
-stop the service (first tab).
-Check the option "debug"
-save the change
-Start the service with "Run Service now" button (this will the service and the backup will start immediately).
In the log-file there will be a lot more information.
Is there an error now?
If you aren't sure, please send me the log-file (it is default in the c:program filehbwarendsbackupbackserv.log).
