Add GW account to user failed - 2007/11/15 13:08 Hi there!

I am trying to get MassUser working. We are heading a project where we are going to provide every user a NDS/GW account.
I got the first part working (Creating the user with the proper names and password in the right container).

Im now on the part where they have to get added to the postoffice but when I try the way how it should work (I think ) I get the error:

Add GW account to user failed!

My CFL:

CFLv1
csv=useradd.csv
title=1
seperator=,
quote="
!
user=1
userfl=1
contextfl=3
cvalue=users.cb.dewaerden
surname=3
password=5

[ATTRIBUTES]
given name=2
Full name=4
NGW: Post Office=6

My CSV:

"objectname","GivenName","Surname","Fullname","Password","PO"
user1,Voornaam,Achternaam,Volledigenaam,welkom,PK1.Devices.CB.DeWaerden

I am using MassUser 3.06.12 with a trial license. By the way, what are the limitations when using a trial license?

Thanks in advance,

Re:Add GW account to user failed - 2007/11/15 21:54 Hello I will answere this in English, Although my natural language is Dutch .

Sorry for the delay.

The CLF and CSV file are ok.

Did you setup the groupwise info on the setuppage tree specific. I've noticed that the path option works best.

If you want to use the CSV-file for the source of the Groupwise postoffice, then select
"Use Attributes from CSV-file" (and check on the tab csv-attr if the attribute NGW: Post Office is checked).

Uncheck the "Use Fixed GW-Settings" !
(With this option the postoffice is based on the context where the user will be created.)

It should work that way.

If you have any problems/questions please let me know.

(I will do a test tomorrow, at the moment I don't have a groupwise system).

Re:Add GW account to user failed - 2007/11/17 00:02 Hello,

Just have tried your cfl/csv file and some the settings.
(had to change the csv for the postoffice).

Do have a new user in my tree now and he has a groupwise mailbox. I will create a document with some screenshots tomorrow and attach it to this post.

Or you can send me an email so we can do an one on one communication.

Sample for creating a user and at the same time a
groupwise mailbox.

Sample for adding a groupwise mailbox to an existing user
{have to create the sample, comming soon)

Re:Add GW account to user failed - 2007/11/19 10:17 Thank you VERY much for the great support, I am going to try it with the nice sample you included. I'll let you know if the problem is solved.

--Update:
I watched and tried and still no luck.
I noticed you are using the checkbox Auto Create context, when I check this one and do a testrun I get a msgbox with there's no context string set. What did you filled in as context string?

Re:Add GW account to user failed - 2007/11/22 10:25 I finally managed to get it working!
I used a different operator symbol ( ; ) and unchecked testrun and suddenly it works! No errors and user got a mailbox.
