Login Time Restrictions - 2006/10/26 21:55 Can I use a Template to change the Login Time Restriction Map for a group of users. It show RED within the Template properties windows.

Running Netware 6.5 (OES) with e-Directory 8.7.3.7 Spack 5.0

Only the template editor does not support the "Login Time Restriction Map" (it is some sort of "binairy" data), you have to set that attribute with C-One or any other eDir manage tool.

The program does support this attribute during create or update of a user.

Re:Login Time Restrictions - 2006/10/27 14:58 Than I am to understand that I can modify my existing template to add Login Time Restrictions, select users by a group, choose the modified template and then update those users to add the new time restrictions?

This process won't change any other attribute of the user including the password?

I am using the latest version of the program, I think it is 3.06.02.

Yes you can do that, when you select the "template"option, there is a new tab-page called Templ,
on this tab you can select the attributes you want to use from the template. Hans Boone
