Netware error - 2005/09/26 20:15 Tried running homes 3.04.02 on a NetWare 6.5 tree and am getting a Netware error -342 dialog box. Can't find anything that tells me what this means.

Re:Netware error - 2005/09/26 21:04 Never mind. Found the problem, you have to be logged in, not just authenticated...

Re:Netware error - 2005/09/26 22:45 Thank you for your posts on this, I did see your first post to late.

All errors less than 0 (zero) are "normal" Netware/NDS error numbers.

A -342 can mean empty Treename.

In your case the program tried to create a eDir connection to a tree with no name.

Re:Netware error - 2005/09/27 18:38 Seems a little odd though. I had mapped a drive first (so I had an authenticated connection) and selected the tree name.

Re:Netware error - 2005/09/29 22:28 Hi,

Have tried the same situation, didn't get the error. I do have set default treename in my client settings, maybe that is a difference.
