UserMan error message + NdsRights - 2005/03/17 04:49 Hi,

I'm using the program NdsRights to give a user rights to edit other users' information, but there is no option to give rights to edit/add picture and also the Home tab with Address info. As for now I have to manually assign these rights.
Also, when running UserMan as a user with limited rights, I get an error message after changing info on a user: "List index out of bounds (0)" - but the change seems to be made anyway.

I have another question: In UserMan there is the tab Home where you fill in address and telephone number, and you have the same fields on the user object in ConsoleOne, but when I save these values they get written to the Other tab on the user object. Shouldn't these values be applied to the General-Postal Address fields in ConsoleOne?

Console One Snapin - 2005/03/17 14:33 Hello,

The attributes on the "home" tab are special user home-address attributes, like homeCity, homePostalAddress etc.

There is a Console One snapin for this, at the moment I can't find out which one. I will post that tomorrow. (I think it is something from the dirxml snapins)

If you need the other attributes, I can add them to UserMan if you which.

Snapin for the homexxxx attributes. - 2005/03/19 07:54 Hello the Console One snapin for the homexxxx attributes is in the dirxml_1_1 snapin.

Can't find them at www.novell.com, it is probably called differently now.
If you need thes snapins, I can send them to you.

I will also add an new tab to userman.
This will be the Business tab where you can add the business postal address and some other stuff.
