.csv-files format? - 2004/06/28 10:05 Hello,

What should the .csv file look like if I would like to create users, what fields are needed? What are the fields used for GroupWise accounts, passwords, etc?

If I mark Password in User tab, and choose Read from password file, what should that file look like?

Thanks in advance!
Regards, Per

Re: .csv-files format? - 2004/06/28 11:01 Ok, I was curious and tried the Read from password option, and got the message Sorry password file not supported yet... I guess this is something to come in future releases?

I haven't tested the csv file method yet, I'm not sure what data to use there...

CVS-file support - 2004/06/28 12:56  I didn't include a sample in the doc.

Here you can find a very simple cfl/csv file combination, I will create an complete sample. http://www.hbware.com/sample/csvsample.zip

You have to give the loginname and context (depending on the settings in the cfl-file, see also documentation) and the surname. If you don't give the surname, then the program sets the sername to the loginname.

The other attributes are optional. You can also combine the csv-file and a template.

I will send you a beta version of the program, so you can test (and use) the password function.
