Enhancement for Homes - 2003/08/04 15:53 Let me start off by saying this is a great tool for our setup here at my college. I was wondering however if it would be possible to have the utility command line driven so that many of its tasks can be automated with scripts

Thanks in advance,
Anthony

Commandline - 2003/08/04 16:08 I'll have to look into this, I think it should be possible.

I'm working on a new version with a lot more optiona, so I don't know if commandline parameters would be "workable", maybe I can make an option for a "command-file" option as a commandline parameter. Would that solve your needs?

Re: Enhancement for Homes - 2003/08/04 16:23 yes, I think that would probably work out fine.

Thanks for the reply

commandline parameters. - 2003/08/06 06:53 I've just released a new versions of Homes and HomesPlus.

The program HomesPlus does support the commandline parameters. You can get a trial license for this version.

Please send me an E-mail with the following information

Company/Organization name:
Treename (up to 5 trees).

I live in Holland, zo there could be a delay.

Remove Quotas - 2004/01/04 19:35 I was wondering if it would be possible to add an option to the user and directory quotas tab to remove the quotas all together, as well as the current options to change it's size.

Also wanted to say great program, it makes managing home directories so much easier.

Removal of Userspace/directory quota - 2004/01/05 06:18 Hello,

If you set the "value" field to 0 (zero) and select fixed value, the program will remove the userspace or directory quota.

I hope this is what you want.

or

do you want a total remove directory quota or userspace on a volume?
