Possible Simple Password Workaround - 2005/08/02 23:39
I have been able to successful setup Universal Password to syncronize the NDS and Simple Password. When I create the users in MassUser, I noticed that the passwords for the users are expired (they are set to expire one hour prior to the account creation). I have them pulling Password Restrictions from a USER_TEMPLATE object that includes a date for the passwords to expire, but MassUser does not seem to be passing that value when the account is created. Ex. The template has Jan. 19th 2006 as the "Password Expiration Time", but when the user is created, it gets Aug. 02nd 2005 (today).
-Is there a way to have MassUser set the 'Password Expiration Time" to a date in the future?
-either though the Template object or an Attribute in the CSV file?
-Also, can this be done on account creation?
-or does it have to be a second pass with MassUser?
