Create users - 2003/09/30 11:14
I would be extremely happy to finally have a good tool for mass creating users from csv or other files. I can export files all day long to do this but the tools I try to find to use them are cluggy at best. trying to use ldif makes my head dizzy.
username, lastname, firstname, password (YES I WANT TO BE ABLE TO SET THE PASSWORD THIS WAY), and by all means have it be able to use a user template.
Is this possible or does everyone else want it to remain some geek infested I want a swelled head because I can do this and you can sort of thing.
I just want tools that make my job easier. Easier is a good thing. There are enough difficult jobs to do without engineering simple tasks to be difficult.
