Disk space usage - 2003/09/18 15:03 This tool is very cool. One thing I would like to see is a report of disk space used in the user's home directory and below. Add options to the disk quota section that will display the users disk space in use starting with the home directory and all sub-dirs below. I can get totals per user for the volume but not just home dir. Thanks

diskspace routine - 2003/09/18 15:18 I think you are talking about the HomesPlus utility,

Do you just want a overview of the used space at the homedirectory level or do you want a see the useage in sub-directories below?

I'm working on a (seperate) diskspace utility that can show (and export) the useage. I can send you a trial version if you want.

Re: Disk space usage - 2003/09/18 15:40 Yes, I think it would be nice to be able to tell how much space the user has just from their home dir and sub-dirs below the home dir. We use the volume where the home dirs are located for other items so a report of disk usage for the entire volume is not always the best. I am looking at the Plus product. I would like to see the utility you told me about. Thanks
